I haven't made a sleep satchel in a while. Maybe I'll gather ingredients and make a new one this weekend. I might make a video, too, if anyone is interested.

I need a decent night's sleep so badly. No matter how exhausted I am, I just cannot fall asleep

trying not to dwell on this. at least i now know why ive been feeling like this for so long. now i just have to start the recovery process.

140

i haven't had much energy for anything aside from the bare minimum, and even that has been a struggle. i finally have a diagnosis after many months of tests and trying to see a doctor. the good news is that i *can* get better. the bad news is that it's going to take a while.

Last night I attended my first women's new moon meditation circle. With the energies from the eclipse and Leo season, it was a powerful evening of meditation, affirmations, song and celebration. Women supporting women, connecting with each other and embracing our authenticity. It was truly magical.

An altar in the middle of a circle of cushions, representing spirits of fire, air, water and earth with the goddess in the center

Different view of the room with a little table in the corner

Massive amethyst on the ground and spiritual tapestries on the wall

Flowers and lavender with paper on which we wrote affirmations and doodles
