These cards are gorgeous and Muxus makes a ton of sense for Jareth but I really wish they had put as much thought into Sarah, another Jodah reprint is in fact another let down especially after we just got so many Gamebreakers to counteract the overpopulation of WUBRG commanders

When I began this journey as Captain Britain, before you all were with me, I was not alone. I had the guidance of my brother before, and those he had served. Tolabow, another rulebrealer commander made some waves when it was spoiled for similar reasons. The card specifies the card’s color not card’s color identity, and WOTC made an announcement errata yesterday to fix it.

Tolabow, Loch Rascal

Rulebreaker — A deck with this commander can have instant and sorcery cards of one additional color not in this commander's color identity and any basic land cards.
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, create a 1/1 blue and red Otter creature token with prowess. (Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, it gets +1/+1 until end of turn.)

Originally this was under the broader CR 305.6 which says all basic lands have the intrinsic ability “tap to produce a [mana pip corresponding to basic land type]” which give them color identity even though the permanent is colorless, but it was explicitly restated last November with CR 903.5d

903.5d A card with a basic land type may be included in a Commander deck only if each color of mana it could produce is included in the commander's
color identity.
