Originally published as a two-volume series in Japan, our team combined all of the cuteness into ONE spectacular standalone in A Cat Is a Cat in Any Life (2-in-1 Edition). With French flaps, sprayed edges, and beautiful 4-color printing, it’s the PURRfect read! 🐾😺

We have 3 fosters in need of a home! Consider giving one of these wonderful babies a home (or someone from the link below!) Our rescue is Crits4Cats in Elkton, MD & we’re happy to travel a couple hours for the right home. Read alt text for names & descriptions <3 www.petfinder.com/member/us/md...

Elena is a brown tabby named after the character from Final Fantasy VII. She is twisted on her back and looking up at you with a wink. She has little tufts at the end of her ears and bold tabby stripes. She’s exceptionally friendly, wanting laps and pets and she has an odd feet fetish. She will be shy at first, but once she warms up, she’ll be such a constant companion by your side.

Junco is a mildly fluffy tuxedo with a half-white face, white dress shirt, and white paws. He has a fluffy tail and a little white under his mouth that makes him look like he has one fang out at all times. He’s positioned on the stairs in a strange way, with his body and back legs on a stair while his paws are standing on the step below him. Junco is a nervous baby that will need patience so he can keep rediscovering that pets are Good Actually. He’ll absolutely be a teddy bear with the right home, patience, and time.

Sparrow is a gorgeous calico with defined patches of orange tabby pattern and black tortoiseshell all over. She is in a laundry basket, reaching out towards the camera with a multicolored paw with pink paw pads. One ear is black and the other is pink. She’s a very shy baby, but is so curious about you and that will ultimately lead to her discover that pets are great! Like her brother, she’ll need a patient home that lets her come out of her shell in her own time. She is very much a climber and expert toy grabber. She and Junco are not bonded, so they can go separately.

Obligatory intro post! I’m Ti (pronounced “Tea”) & I’m the design director at Square Enix Manga & Books. I’m an artist of many mediums and my cats are Tortellini, Char Siu Bao, & Momo. My husband and I foster cats and we have fostered 60+ cats in almost 6 years. My favorite Final Fantasy is Tactics.

Tortellini is a fluffy tortoiseshell cat with a distinct strip of light fur that goes from her forehead to her nose that makes her look like she’s sniffed lines of coke. She is by far the stupidest cat I've ever met and her stare is void of any intelligence behind her pupils. She has a fluffy dark tail and fluffy dark paws, with a glorious collar of fur.

Char Siu Bao is a small black cat that weighs only 6 pounds. Her proportions are a little squat but otherwise she’s a normally proportioned cat, just sized down. She is lying on her side, with her curled paws in the air. She is snoozing and looking alarmingly cute.

Momo is a tuxedo sent from Hell to torture us via an infernal contract we unknowingly signed. He’s giving a suspicious look lying on the couch, with one leg in the air and you can see his black paw pads. He’s airing his anus at you. He’s the worst cat we’ve ever met and he’s ours forever. He’ll live to 25 and when his time above is done, a hole will open up in the ground and he’ll go “Contract fulfilled” and dive into the hole to go back home.

Give Carrie a follow! She’s an awesome musician and the music she makes is out of this world.
