Love this time of year. Reminds me when they filmed in my hometown and we watched like wierdos. 😜 I had a friend in the movie as an extra even.

Rewatched Mona Lisa Smile today on Kanopy. (Kanopy is a free streaming service with a library membership.) This movie should have been SO MUCH more popular than it was. Sadly, the patriarchy couldn’t allow that. 👀 But, this movie is so important in the story being told right now. 💍

This feels so odd coming from an artist. There must be $$ involved. 👀

I agree. I watch more tv than movies now. However, I don’t watch a ton. Mostly procedural shows love when each episode has a new story to follow but the season has an overarching story too. I think easiest for me to guess are romcoms & murder mystery.

I’m the worst person to watch tv/movies with. I figure out plots and most twists way too early. 🤣 But I bet most of us in the community are very similar.

The first video I see after posting this bloop. I guess they think “this” and “he” is interchangeable. I agree. Some want the wedding and not the marriage.

Comment section of a TT video where someone speculates Taylor Swift has pined over finding love since she was 14 and a commenter agrees that “this” is the love of Taylor’s life.

She uses “this” instead of “he”. Is any non Gaylor clocking that? Cleveland! Something we all can agree on But my baby likes what he likes, oh-woah, oh-oh He already took me to Cleveland. Now I'm wearing white, so hate all you like *This* is the love of my life. Plus that damn ! again. 👀

LOVE YOURSELF. CHOOSE YOURSELF. SAVE YOURSELF. Your partner should not complete you. They should see you for you and not a romanticized version of you. This has been a hard watch. I see the old me.

I’m seeing so many people jumping in on a TT trend announcing “they found the one person who doesn’t find them completely insufferable” with photos of said couple. This hurts to see. I learned the hard way the higher you put someone on a pedestal, the father they fall. And that hurts you more!

Yes. Taylor isn’t endgame. We are and Taylor is just one of us too. What if God was one of us? Just a slob like one of us? Just a stranger on a bus, tryna make her way home. 💜

Same. I’m highly skeptical but I’m just enjoying the possibility. When I say highly skeptical…I truly mean it.

I can’t place it but I just realized the Midnights album cover art style reminds me of album artwork design for something I’ve seen. Compilations or Greatest Hits. The photo being smaller than the album size w/the title outside the photo & the tracklist on the cover. I’m having a major brain fart.

I was hoping that they were getting ratioed. I follow an AIDS tribute page on FB. 98-99% of the posts are gay men. The erasure of that post is absolutely disturbing. I really hope Taylor sees this homophobia in her fandom. Because…woof.

It’s performance art without the gay or admission that Taylor could actually be an unreliable narrator who has been lying. She is afraid of admitting to the obvious lies that performance calls into question. I had to stop watching her 2 years ago. It was frustrating.

Is any main TS content creators even clocking this? Why is no one willing to address the obvious PR parts of their media appearances? Their foundation have cracks? You can call out PR without saying “gay”. GASP. 🫢 Yet…crickets.

I’m on day 2 of a low grade fever. I have no ability to participate in the Emmy fun. But I do want to acknowledge I consistently struggle with the back & forth of social justice and decoding. So I appreciate everyone who can stay engaged. You bring me joy. Thank you. No judgement.

Sweet like justice. 🍯 The ending scene of the skit reminded me of Rizzoli and Isles a little bit. But even more sapphic coded.

If it helps you…there are people who have no idea what happened (me). Sometimes things seem bigger when it happens to us. You are loved by so many. An occasional ruffled feather is unfortunately an experience we can grow from. I hope this cheered you up and didn’t make you feel brushed off. 🫂

At the end of her tour she said she was ready for her next project…to start a family. It just feels weird that it it is already widespread industry news she & fiancé have welcomed a newborn. I don’t know if I feel uncomfortable these celebs aren’t given space/privacy or use life events as PR.

She realized the public hates when people conflate anti Zionist sentiment as being antisemitic and will now fight that BS. So now she has tried a new PR approved response. But most of the PR firms are staunch Zionists. So…any pivot will smell rotten.
