Sonuva...Granted, I've been building the DSM metro area for 30 years. Proud of it. Data centers came in a little over 10 years ago. From hosting poker,photos,and porn to now. Any Union electricians welcome! I'm speedrun to retirement at 62. Bubble pops I go build l new KS stadium for KC chiefs!

Well I bought a camper. Got laid off the day they said another 5 dollar raise. Took a month. More fun. Back at it hearing another $5 raise. So I'm making $52 an hour now with 15 hours of DOUBLE TIME for everything after 40 hours. Going to raise it to 57? We'll see

Current pay for a data center in Cedar Rapids as a Union electrician. Union is fighting for our lives against the non skilled labor. Rumors are the price for quality work is going up
