Are you familiar with the show, “Married… With Children”? I had an uncomfortable realization a few minutes ago… Imagine a sequel of the show with Al as the President, Bud as the Secretary of Defense, and Peggy and Kelly in some assorted roles. That sequel would be called “Now”. Produced by Fox.

I listened to the entire Jack Smith hearing yesterday. Senator Thom Tillis sounded like the most honest/sincere person who spoke. In fact, to me, he seemed like he was the only honest/sincere person in the room. The others seemed like they were performing a script for their respective parties.

Every time I drive past this house, this sign gives me joy. Someone designed it. Someone fabricated it. Someone sold it in a retail store. Then the homeowner bought it and put it in their yard. I guess nobody told them, or they didn’t care that the grammar was incorrect.

The TRS-80 is the first computer I ever programmed on. I was a 10-year-old boy. It changed my life! When I programmed that first computer, I realized that I could make any toy I could imagine with this tool.

I just heard it said, by Ruth Ben-Ghiat, that roughly 30% of the world population holds authoritarian leanings. I did a quick search and found that 34% of those polled approved of Donald Trump‘s performance. I conclude that it will not go much lower based on the first statistic I quoted.

I just watched the Mandalorian and Grogu. I enjoyed it. I’m glad I watched it in a real theater. My wife said it was cute. Some of the characters reminded me of the shrimp from the Muppets. Several seemed like puppets. There was not much story. There was a lot of action. No character development.

Sometimes, stuff gets posted on Bluesky that I am skeptical of. (left leaning stuff.) Then later, I find out it’s all true. Conclusion: Facebook has messed me up! It has caused me to think that I’m always being lied to. This time it was the Italian Prime Minister translated video. Verified.
