I'm so sorry. I lost my boy the same way, only his tumor was in his heart. It's a hard loss to grasp when it's so sudden. I took comfort in the fact that he only had many happy years and only a few rough hours. I hope this comforts you, too.

My friend was managing housekeeping/transporting staff in a city hospital when COVID hit. It was a nightmare. Her staff was terrified to come to work. They spent weeks stacking body bags in refrigerated trucks. She got terribly sick. It changed her life. And she was among the lucky ones.
