I hate when people who are going through a lot speak out and then say, “I’m not looking for sympathy…” I hate it because it’s okay to need sympathy. It’s okay to need kind words from literally anyone. Sometimes sympathy is the thing that helps us heal. You are not a burden. #ItsOkayToNotBeOkay
