..to get money so I can look out the window at the rain when im not working.

First minus of the year doesn't look that far off. Of course with all that super el nino talk we are supposed to have a mild, yet wet and windy winter. The excitement... the anticipation!

Currently have the blind closed as the sun is beating in. Now 6.4c Looks like a fine day for a wander along the coast. However I sit in front of the computer writing instead.

I am sure in reality you mostly eat hydrated ramen while in your underpants, but from social media, goddamn you eat well. Saying that, the ramen thing can also be good.

I had a Party Boy, it too was a fine radio.

Well, if we want to get all Sherlock Holmesy - No way that Chopper would have been in such good condition by the time the Grifter came out.

I do it during my annual appraisal at work. 32 years, works a treat!

It is the fact that people are so free with it now, no longer ashamed to be the filthy racists that they are. We need to hound them back under their rocks and back into their sewers.

...sez the poor victimised white man; what a fucking snowflake, into the sea with him. What a precious little twat.

Vanity wall covering arrived. Still pleased i managed to wrestle this one out the ether.

Envy can travel across the oceans it would seem!

Firstly - Water Margin!- - Monkey!- - random reminiscence about nobody wanting to be Tripitaka. Secondly! - What are you like! 😆 Thirdly, my searches do not find reference to that slot after Blue Peter and after Paddington/Fred Basset/Ivor the Engine.. so i concede the point!

220

No, no silly, it was after Fred Basset, and the BBC kids programs at 5:40pm but before Nationwide with Frank Bough!

His number was high and he was working through the crowd with ease; so aye, safe to assume.

...but they don't know why.

000

Genuinely hadn't made that jump. They seem much cooler now!

One under the nose, one the base of the skull. Much like when you were dragged in for bath night when you were 7yo.

A liberated glass from an evening a long while back.

Better than my sonic amp cardboard detector that is just an amplifier of the wing beats. Top purchase 👌

I am impressed with your gizmo viewer.

A fair and fun day sitting on my arse in front of radios-A bit of satellite, a wee bit of DX (C5, VY, VK,ZF), POTA&SOTA&BOTA, a few chats and just mucking about on SSB all day. Even got a couple on 80m. Mixed conditions i would say, but certainly not the worst- telly time.. and mibbie a rum.

QRZ log - 37 in the end- 17 satellite and the rest a mix of HF bands
