My allergy is Aspirin, ibuprofen, voltarol. It actually got worse as I got older. Two scariest things you throat closing up. And being shown a picture of a table and chair. Then asked to point to the correct words and not being able to do that because you can't think of it.

Oh I don't get any side effects at all. I get it being normal. The pain is always there it just goes up and down. I also have to be careful what I take as I had a stroke, during covid while in hospital with sepsis. At least I was in the right place. I have to take anti clotting meds

Maybe try online, look at some reviews. I take tramadol, amitryptline. I also have morphine patches.I'm also in the UK. Not just tablets. Cortisone injection lasted a week and not 3 months, the numbing injections stop working halfway through andanesthesia through oxygen mask doesn't work.

Some people don't get how it is with pain and how quickly it get worse. You do what you can, when you can. Maybe it's worth looking into Chinese shops. Painkillers also don't work well or long on me. I'm also allergic to anti-inflamatories. Hopefully you can find something easy but tasty.

I understand the pain aspect. It's been permanent for me for 13 years. Luckily my dad cooks or we have smoothies. There is spicy Chinese 'pot noodle' that I love. It's on Amazon in the UK

Livescribe has been going for years. You can also audio recored on some. I have the Echo 2. So for students etc it would be helpful. Not cheap, but not overly expensive. I got the second one as a gift. My awful writing and the transcription

I can only write using a smartpen. I can't use normal ones. It helps me exercise it. But I upload it and it translates it into text. It's easier for me because if my pain is bad I can lay on my side. Oh I had a stroke, during covid and in hospital with sepsis. At least I was in the right place 😆

I have the best bruise from when I was in hospital back on April. Anyone who has a period. If it's extra heavy and you get more and more breathless each day go to the doctor. It turned out I lost 50% of my haemoglobin. I needed four pints of blood. Here are my bruise pics from day 1 to day 4
