The War Within was an expansion of all time. Okay, okay, let's actually attempt to summarize how I feel about it now that it is mostly in the rearview as we hurtle at full speed towards Midnight. For me, The War Within is two halves - a gameplay half and a story/setting half, one of which was absolutely spectacular and one of my favorite WoW expansions of all time and the other is a threadbare mess of clear priority shifts and unclear ideas.
