i spent two years at college doing a hairdressing course... given that its taken me 3 attempts to get my hair to perm properly , it's safe to say in terms of learning actual hairdressing it was a complete waste of time

once the chocolate has melted remove from heat immediately stir in lemon extract,add one ladle full of egg white into the chocolate and beat thouroughly, then add further egg white a ladle at a time but fold in gently, once its all combined,pour into bowls and refridgerate overnight

separate the egg whites into the mixing bowl ,mix until stiff,sprinkle over 1 tbsp sweetner and mix until glossy melt the chocolate either in microwave or in a pyrex bowl set over a pan of simmering water,keeping a close eye on it as white chocolate is temperamental

I got asked on thursday afternoon to make a cake for my son's partner's birthday today,i had i hours to sketch out a design,spent yesterday evening baking it and this morning decorating it...i shall be having stern words about time management 🤣
