Just loaded up Librarian: Tidy up the arcane library, and going through config... I dunno if it's something to do with it being about a library/knowledge or not, but it kinda irks me that you go to "Keyboard" only to find out there's only mouse options there 😂 (Props for invert mouse though!)

I got some of these on special for $3, and figured at best it'd be like warm strawberry quik. Quite shocked when I tried a cup. I dunno how they did it, but these legit taste like strawberry krispy kreme dougnuts!

Quick test of my wings in UE5.8. Just loaded up the clothing store demo for a bit more visual interest than the boring desert landscape I had before. Still could do with a material tweak or two I think, but pretty happy with how it looks so far at least.

Ok ladies, and men in the know about these things... is there a name for the style shown in the images below (sides tied back)? Are there different terms used depending on whether the side bits are straight, plaited, twisted?

Got the wings in to unreal, and they do look surprisingly nice, but I know it can be better. Just need to figure out how to stop unreal screwing up the material heirarchy upon import translation...

After a mistake I made inadvertently revealed nice results with the translucent material recently, despite the fact I hate texturing, it inspired me to try making a feather, and I liked the result so much, I made a handful and started messing about. Raw max screencap.

I'm playing music, extracting 80gb of files, deleting 70gb of files, running 3ds max, unreal engine, discord, steam, epic, chrome, deckblue, and who knows how much else.. I reckon I could even run crysis at the same time!

I really am pretty stoked with how this material worked out. Maintaining all this detail at close range, while still remaining see through at all zoom levels is just *chef's kiss* (I am not, nor have ever been what I consider to be a texture artist, so I amazed myself big time 😂)

I started working on this quite some time ago so I could do some subtle lady like animations on a model that wasn't just a dummy. I then became obsessed wtih fabric translucence, and just hadn't been satisfied with it until now. Wish I could show more, but the 300mb limit is shite for 4k vids 😂
