"Pixie Dust Excess Syndrome" shortened to PDES, is a condition which affect fairies, it makes their bodies overproduce their natural pixie dust, often swelling them like balloons.
It mostly occurs in sudden spurts, like in this case, this Garde just got out of their office job while it happened.
