Q. How long has Sukuna been committing murders?

A. His first intentional kill took place when he was 16.
Similar to the canon timeline, many people see Sukuna as more
of an obstacle than a human being. They viewed him as
someone to test their strength against.
He was a huge kid with an unsettling disposition and anyone who could beat him would be respected.
Even at 16, Sukuna was over 195 cm and still growing. Growing up in an alternative care home, he had no family
and mostly kept to himself at school, so he was forced to fend for himself.
A few older kids continued to bother him and he decided to deal with it himself. Permanently.

Killing them and realizing how easy it was, how good it felt to fight them, Sukuna decided he never wanted to stop

Despite her giving no indication that she didn't appreciate Sukuna’s company, she ought to have appreciated his offer to fight on her behalf, right? His concern and grandstanding could even be seen as protective and sweet. Thea saw a man desperate to piss on his territory.

Thea knew Satoshi was a powerful sorcerer in his own right, but Sukuna was on another level entirely. Sukuna might find the fight entertaining, but it would be less of a fight and more of a slaughter. She didn't know whether to appreciate his offer or to roll her eyes at his theatrics.
