Thanks everyone who attended, it was a blast and I appreciate the great questions from the audience. Here's me shooing away incidents directly from Slack thanks to Akuity Intelligence and AI powered runbooks.

A slack window the triage information for a degraded application is shown over ArgoCD in the background. The user responded with "Proceed with patch" and the Slack agent shows progress automatically patching the affected resources.

Let application teams deploy a brand new app in 5 minutes? 😬 What if they were using templated, policy driven pipelines with full audit and approval capabilities? Plus Slack notifications 😜 It's possible with @akuity.io - GitOps for the Enterprise #GitOps #ArgoCD #Kargo

Honored to represent Peru VFD and honor our veterans at this year's #NorthCountry #HonorFlight

Yay! The mind is willing and the body is able. Have been accepted to join my local fire department and got a clean bill of health required to start contributing. #vfd #firefighter 👨‍🚒 #peruvfd

6 years ago I wrote an orb to serialize work on @circleci.com Last year it was used >10 Million times by >400 organizations and saw 35 contributors from major technology companies. But most exciting? It's now unnecessary, replaced by native serialization!🎉 circleci.com/docs/configu...

Finally getting the tile in on a day so cold my wet saw keeps freezing 🥶 But looking good!

White subway tiles frame a full wall under natural wood cabinets in a kitchen. The other wall does not have tiles. Electric outlets are partially pulled from the wall

Only 7 years after becoming a ratified standard, a mere 12 years after first going live, a brisk 24 years from inception - I am proud to announce my home Wi-Fi is #ipv6 ready. #spectrum #charter #deco #android #cloudflare

The test results from test-ipv6.com in a mobile browser window showing a 10/10 score for ipv6 readiness.

Level unlocked! In addition to the basic DKIM, DMARC, and SPF records, my mail server now has dedicated ipv6 complete with rDNS matching HELO command. This should help with a few over zealous listers who are blocking full subranges of ipv6. Big thanks to @linode.com and @mailcow.email

Test results from aboutmy.email showing valid ipv6, and helo matching rDNS in addition to secure DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records.

Wife and I just finished #blackdoves last night, what a ride! So good. Brilliant sorry telling by Joe Barton, who also wrote Giri/Haji.

6 years ago I wrote a tool to serialize builds on #circleci for personal use. Saw 9.1+Million uses by 400 organizations this year, with 35 contributors from major technology companies. Feeling grateful ❤️ and accomplished 😄 and reminded of the advice "solve what frustrates you" #software #cicd

@support.bsky.team would love to be able to search things like "Senate.gov" and find handles of US Senators using their official domain. This could be useful for other sites as well where users are subdomains. (Universities, News outlets, etc)

A search for people on bluesky showing zero results for the phrase senate.gov

First go at making flan and was very pleased! Used NYT recipe that adds milk and reduces sugar over classic Carnation recipe.

Consul now has UI visualization and touts better performance than Istio service mesh, which although powerful has been a handful to manage.

The "Distracted Boyfriend" meme has a man, labeled "multi-region K8s operator" holding hands with a women labeled "Istio." The woman's face shows anger and disgust with the man as he is turned backwards making a lewd face towards another women passing them. The second woman is labeled "Consul."

Classes with multi layer inheritance and abstract type hints dynamically being added to callable registry on start, in Python. That's a good Saturday for me.
