One of the changes I suspect will be very interesting with the end of tiktok is the impact it will have on YouTube shorts. Let me explain:

Current WIP, still a good way to go, but I'm enjoying exploring pixel art and just getting better at art again in general

Balatro, man where do I even START? I don't even want to talk about gameplay, instead I'd rather tell you that I picked up drawing again from Balatro, started playing my saxophone again to learn the theme, started working on game dev again! This game has been nothing short of downright inspiring.

Noita might be one of the most deranged games I've ever played. I fucking love it. From alchemy, to spellcrafting, to exploration and engaging combat. Everything it does it does well, and it beautifully combines them all in its unique environments. #Noita #gaming #roguelikes

--Birthday Donothon Stream Incoming!-- Holiday Matsuri coincides with my birthday and I have friends who I haven't seen in a long time going to the con and it would mean the world to me if I got to go and spend time with them. This is so I can do just that! #Vtuber #streamer

A graphic announcing a donothon. The information is divided up into boxes resembling Windows text boxes. The largest box is labelled "Stuff" and lists Mario Paint, Webfishing, FFXIV, Golf with Friends (with chat!), Chatting, and Chaos. Overlaying the bottom left corner of the "Stuff" box is a smaller window labelled "Why", with the text "My birthday is in December and coincides with HolMat, a con that friends I haven't seen in a long time are going to. This is so I can go and see my friends for my birthday!"
To the right of the "Stuff" box is a label reading "Donothon" and another box stating the time of the stream to be November 30th, at 12pm EST. My page character, Lilith Nox, grins and winks at the viewer from under the label, their hands held out in front of them, the bright magenta floating soul that is their mascot floating above them.

Terraria might have my favorite potion system. It's one which gives back exponentially more based on how much you invest into it, and it remains incredibly valuable at every stage of the game, including after the final boss is defeated. #Terraria #Gaming

"Don't tweet about politics! It'll ruin your brand." My brand is caring about other people. If that means I'll die in obscurity, at least I'll die with dignity. If you're only concern in this world is about saving face for clout then you're opinion means nothing to me.

Webfishing may just be a perfect testament to the idea that a game need not be complex, graphically impressive, or really anything other than fun. It's simple and exactly as silly as it needs to be. The general feel and vibe is spot on and consistent throughout, and that leads it to being a hit!

I often look back and analyze my own work, not in the "omg this is terrible" sort of way, but the genuine "I wonder what flaws I can find with hindsight, and how those more successful than I may tackle the problems I find", and I never cease to find something interesting doing this. An example:

I have no characters but I must yap!! 😭 I love that we're getting better threads, but seriously, gimme a bump to like, 500 instead of 300. I love content creation because at any moment I can choose to make a well written and thought out video essay, helpful guides to my favorite games, or I can use my editing powers for evil and make shitposts because a friend randomly said "wouldn't this be funny" in the discord vc and I said "bet"

In these times of supporting LGBTQ+ and PoC, please don't forget our disabled siblings, a group so casually thrown by the wayside. Unless you have a disability preventing it, use alt text. It's a basic accessibility tool and non-negotiable. Put your money where your mouth is and show inclusivity.

Having tried a YouTube stream again lately, the first benefit that stood out was that it allows a MUCH higher bitrate (over double what I gave twitch) with no issue from my end or YouTube. Excellent collection the entire time, 2k resolution. I think next time, I'll try low latency instead of normal

Twitch has made it official policy that LGTBQIA+ individuals streaming on their platform must now per policy place a tag on their own streams, marking themselves as a "Politically Or Socially Sensitive Issue". As an incredibly trans incredibly gay person I will not be doing this for a few reasons.

If you're a creator who: - Takes long break periods - Creates very slowly - Has another full time job or engagement - Struggles with productivity - Is inconsistent I'm sorry to tell you... YOU'RE STILL A VALID CREATOR BECAUSE CREATING IS TIED TO PASSION, NOT PRODUCTIVITY 💜✨️

I made these for Halloween last year! The nun habit is Lore Significant™ and someday I'll share the stories of Lilith's lore~ It's...a lot of religious trauma, I'm not going to lie lol #art #vtuber #Lilillust

A purple haired demon in a modified nun habit. Their hands are clasped in front of them with a rosary wrapped around their fingers. Instead of a cross, there is an ankh hanging from the rosary. Their eyes are closed in a peaceful smile and they are lit by warm torchlight.

The same demon in the nun habit, but now the torch that had been lighting them is extinguished, and instead they are lit by a bolt of lighting behind them. Their visible eye is open and staring directly at the viewer, glowing magenta in the dark. Their mouth is open in a too-wide grin, revealing sharp teeth, elongated fangs, and an inhumanly long tongue with a gold piercing. An ominous magenta glow seems to be lighting them from underneath off frame.

Alright, back to reposting my art over here. This one was a commission for @drparadigmshift.bsky.social for his and Iridian Dragon's cover of "Because the Night"! You can listen to it here, I think it came out incredibly well! www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nsk6... #art #Vtuber #commissionart #Lilillust

Two singing figures shown from the hips up, their arms hooked together. The left singer is a feminine dragon-humanoid wearing a blue bikini with gold and purple ribbon detailing, and long hair with a purple-lavender ombre. The figure to the right is wearing a vest over a button up shirt and short, underframed glasses. They have long black hair with purple underneath.
