Demolish it. It was only built in the 19th century so not that old. Make a 3d model in all detail first then replac it. Resite it to the middle of the UK so it is symbolically representative of us all. Use the sale of the land etc to help finance the new building. Be brave be innovative.

I did the life style changes and now the type 2 has disappeared and the cholesterol is fine. The GP assistant said I'm fine for another year. No more blood tests. Hooray!!
