Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 25/03/2025This is a sweet set. Operating out of horns, PP ghosts an on-ball screen for White, then gets a Kornet flare screen. Pass to Kornet, then White comes off a Jrue Holiday flare screen. Wide open 3. 080
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 16/03/2025Pritchard pushes off the rebound to force cross-matches. That means Sharpe is on Tatum so the Nets hard double 30 feet from the hoop. The rest is Celtics basketball. 041

Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 09/03/2025Celtics have been really deliberate attacking Reaves and Luka. On ball screen gets Al on Reaves, quick swing, awesome pass, 2 points. 060
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 09/03/2025Tatum is VERY comfortable attacking Luka Doncic. 0130
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 09/03/2025Cool chess match possession here. Jrue pre-switches to keep Luke out of the high screen and roll with Lebron, so Lebron swings it to Reaves so he can get Luke in the action instead. Kornet does well and he and JB force the miss. 050
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 09/03/2025Luka appears to be ok so I don't feel bad making this. 060
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 09/03/2025JB does such a good job against Luka 1 on 1. Maybe the best in the league against him. Leads to the Al dunk/ninja kick. 030
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 09/03/2025Love JB attacking Luka's help defense with the drive and kick. 070
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 07/03/2025The Tatum and Luke mind meld on full display. Kornet/Queta is a weird fit offensively (understatement), so Luke has to find ways to make himself useful when he's being ignored. Handoffs and screens is one way to do it, very Curry/Draymond-esque here. 2110
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 03/03/2025Derrick White is at almost 70% TS% in his last 15 games. Pretty good. 050
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 02/03/2025Al Horford made 6 two point field goals today. His previous high this season was 3. 140
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 02/03/2025Man Denver really doesn’t have anyone to match up with Jaylen. He’s bullying Murray and blowing by everyone else 120
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 02/03/2025It is unreal Deandre Jordan has a legitimate role on one of the best teams in the NBA in 2025 000
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 28/02/2025Celtics Net Ratings against the Cavs this year. Al has destroyed them. 150
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 28/02/2025Tatum against the Cavs this season 29-8-6 with 2.7 stocks on 41.7/43.3/83.3 shooting 140
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 28/02/2025Jayson Tatum has been a monster in 3rd quarters this season 010
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 27/02/2025This is one of the worst reffed games I've seen this year. Pritchard gets smashed in the face right in front of the ref, no call. 030
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 27/02/2025Watching on delay, so only mid way through the 2nd quarter, but do the refs keep letting the Pistons manhandle us every possession? 140
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 26/02/2025I fully support Kyrie becoming the face of the Peter Principle 050

Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 26/02/2025Derrick White when the score is within 10 in the 4th and OT this season. 030
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 26/02/2025Yes waiter, I'll have the White-Tatum 2 man game please. 010
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 26/02/2025RJ bails us out with the miss, but the zone is a complete mess. 000
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 26/02/2025This 2-3 matchup zone is not working. Begging you Joe. 120
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 26/02/2025Oh baby did this little play deserve a bucket. Double screen for Derrick. He comes off it, then Tatum gets a cross screen from Hauser that he curls to the rim. Ball finds Hauser as PP lifts from the corner wide open. Don't see the Cs run double screens like this. Usually it's double drag/77 010
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 26/02/2025Slick passing from the Jays. Craig needs to bury this but JB bails him out. 000
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 26/02/2025Scottie Barnes continues to be the biggest loser in the NBA. Talking crazy shit while the Raptors double team so he doesn't get cooked. Cs get an easy 2. Great quick decision from Walsh. 010
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 26/02/2025Baylor absolutely has to let this rip on the catch. 130
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 26/02/2025Jordan fucking Walsh. From the weakside corner to blocking the layup in transition. 041
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 26/02/2025Walshy checks in and immediately forces a travel. Play this man Joe. 021
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 26/02/2025Love this starting set. Cs set up in horns, JB sets the back screen for White's UCLA cut, and seals the guy he screens. Over the top pass from JT gets Jaylen the easy free throw line jumper. 000
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 23/02/2025Same play, this time KP goes to the front of the rim instead of towards the inbounder. Wide open oop. Horrible camera work from ESPN so I could only get the very end. 010
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 23/02/2025Derrick taking a jaunt into the stands to get the ball 130
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 23/02/2025Mission attack KAT: your drop is too deep edition. 050
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 23/02/2025Mission attack KAT: it's probably bullying at this point edition. JT/Luke blind pig gets JT downhill against KAT. No chance. 070
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 23/02/2025Mission attack KAT: He's just standing there edition. 020
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 23/02/2025Great work from JB on JB here. Carves his way around the screen and forced Brunson into help. 010
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 23/02/2025Mission attack KAT: DWhite KP pick and pop. Great job by Derrick to get downhill to freeze KAT so he can't cheat back to KP. WIDE open 3. 010
Wayne Spooney @waynespooney.bsky.social · 23/02/2025Here's the difference between Tatum and Brunson (among other things). New York actively avoids attacking Tatum defensively, and the Cs relentlessly go at Brunson (and KAT obviously). 010
