Deleting Skin! XIV Guide (kind of) by Beeeee

A quick guide on why you should delete skin under gear modded and vanilla.

New, casual or experienced modder. Doesn't matter. Deleting the skin not only prevents clipping, but it also reduces the file size. Everyone has different computer situations so making your mod's file size as optimized as possible means it is more user friendly! Especially when using mod sync plugins. Don't crash people's computers. Be mindful of your load size pls

Some mods do require skin to show! Pointing to image of an underwear mod with skin showing through netting. Arrow pointing to area showing skin saying KEEP SKIN! and other arrow pointing to covered part of the underwear that says DELETE SKIN!

But you should still try and delete when you can where skin isn't visible! Other gear mods have more coverage!
An arrow points to a long-covered dress vanilla mashup. For this mod you don't need skin at all! After you are finished upscaling it, YEET THE SKIN!

Yes, some gear mods do require all of the skin to show so it makes sense to leave all the skin. Gear like this mainly includes underwear, sheer, lingerie and so on. Sexy garments etc.
In conclusion, delete the skin. Decrease your file size. The C+ baddies will thank you.

My mental health has been hard to vocalise. Complex PTSD is just an ever changing beast, which I keep trying to find patterns in knowing they are only partially there.

It’s not bad. It’s not good. It just is.

Therefore, I gposed it… As best as I could, anyways. I’m fine, mostly tired, but good. As long as I’m creating then I know I’m doing alright; I need the outlet.

✨🍞🫘 BUNZ MEANZ HEINZ 🫘🍞✨

Ingredients: Butter, Heinz Baked Beans, thick sliced white bread, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, grated strong cheddar cheese, and your Viera.

Step One: Decant the Heinz Baked Beans into a saucepan, and put on a low heat. Stir occasionally.

Step Two: While the beans are heating, put two slices of thick sliced white bread in the toaster and toast to personal taste.

Step Three: Once steam is rising and the sauce has started to bubble, add in a huge helping of butter, a teaspoon of smoked paprika, a pinch of salt, and some pepper. Stir until fully mixed into the beans.

Step Four: Slather the toast in butter, and put on a plate ready to assemble.

Step Five: Pick up your Viera by the ears, and dunk into the buttery baked beans. Make sure to only submerge to the neck, as keeping the hair and ears bean-juice free is important for cleanliness’s

Step Six: Pour the buttery baked beans over your toast, add a large handful of grated strong cheddar cheese over the beans, then place your Viera on top.

Optional: Add a healthy sprinkling of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce over the buttery baked beans before adding the cheese.

Sit back, watch Monty Python, and enjoy!
