#SOTD L’Heure Bleue (The Blue Hour, Alien in Twilight by Guerlain, etc). Third night wearing it, and I’ve got a different experience every time. The constants are the Alien-like jasmine + amber backbone, vegetal vanilla and driftwood. #perfumesky

Longevity is great, which may be good or bad depending on how much you enjoy the journey. The drydown is jasmine (a bit like in jasmine tea) and still some of that Alien-like amber. There is a clean, pleasant woody scent that I come to associate with Akigalawood frags, but not sure what it is.

Got a sample of the new L’Heure Bleue (that probably should be called something else) and my first impression is… Alien (Mugler) infused with vanilla. The white florals + amber remind me a lot of Alien and the vanilla is reminiscent of Bosca Vanilla Forte.
