Continuing to realize the technical depths of rigging/animating(especially if it needs to be made usable in a game engine) is almost akin to looking into some kind of lovecraftian vault. I think I'm only now starting to grasp how much more research I'm going to need to do with this. 💀🤡😅

Next character I wanna model in blender is a little more elaborate. XD Honestly I'm at the point where I'm a little stunlocked on how I wanna do her color scheme aside from a vague direction, and I think i'm just gonna go ahead and start modeling her while I decide on it.

Oh! I should mention I did get him fully rigged and figure out(Haphazardly) how to get around hip/butt deformations. Weirdly enough aside from some topography changes, adding additional Def bones to the butt to redistribute the weight did a LOT.

There is some kind of Holy Grail combo of weight painting, bone placement, and topology that can prevent a character's butt from shrinking into non-existence with extreme leg movements and I just haven't found it yet! And if I can't do that? I'm gonna jury-rig an amatuerish fix for it.🤪

Okay, through sheer brute force and countless hours put in, I can say animating isn't too bad getting the hang of. and i've managed to get the hang of rigging limb joints through sheer brute force. But Dear god I did not expect the hips/pelvis to be so aggravating, caffiene alone can't fix this. 💀

Yes, the fluff is modular. No, I don't have a name for her yet. I used up all the mental energy I had on hand when designing her and didn't actually think I'd get this far. 😅

A pink furred, fluffy anthropomorphic sheep character with a very curvy build is shown in various stages of "undress". Her expression changes quickly from carefree into one of absolute embarrassment in the last panel as her outfit/fur is completely stripped away.

Update on game progress: The initial limited test releases on discord gave us valuable info and feedback! And I can't thank the playtesters enough!💞However, it also showed that we've still got a LOT of bugs/balance to fix. I think I can safely say not to expect a summer release unfortunately. 😕

The frustrating thing about sharing an early release demo out to friends for bugfixxing is that I have to make sure to prove that it's the real me and not a bot that took over my discord because "Check out this link for this game me and my friend made" is one of the oldest scams out there. lol
