I wrote a wistful and whimsical fairytale song for Himemiya Rie of Phase Connect! Support her by checking it out below 👑💌 It's my first time writing an acoustic song. There's nothing I love more than being able to tell stories through music, art and animation 🥹 「Rebirth」: youtu.be/AZsCnJ3oOCs

I challenged myself to fill the lyrics with as many references to watchmaking, watches and time as possible! and as always, I couldn't help myself from (over)using rhyming and alliteration 😶‍🌫️ pretty happy with this, almost every line has something - barely a line wasted!!!

specs below (prices in AUD) gaming is only a second priority so I just carried over the GPU from my old PC. whenever I build I always carry over my old GPU and hold off on upgrading until like halfway through the PC's life..!

built a new PC for music production!! the case is so smol and cute my goal for the build was to be able to run two 100 track projects at the same time smoothly (for easy referencing & drag/drop) so I went all out on the CPU 😳 it's an absolute monster and it does so wonderfully!

Wanted to show off the meter (time signature) changes in my new song! I challenged myself to change meter as much as possible without sounding unnatural. and wrote in 5/4 for the first time 😤 5/4 is very uncommon in pop music, it was a fun puzzle to make it catchy! Full song: youtu.be/gyv-UsHXN8k
