I think 45 yo is a good benchmark. Also, it is time for new thinking, more aggressive thinking. It has to be M4A, UBI, and housing (standardization, manufactured, rational zoning, mortgage support, rent controls, and rational taxation and fees). There is more to be done, but let's start here.
