No. It is probably less than that. I am mentioning one specific but not uncommon case of the amount of electricity lost in transmission.

Category distinction? I have an electric vehicle. The problem is long distance transmission of electricity is extremely inefficient. And the magical assumptions of people who do not see the whole picture is extremely annoying.

It is the inefficiency of long distance transmission. It has nothing to do with the coal.

I did not say anything was cleaner. You are reading in your own fantasy to belabor the point.

I did not assume anything. I did not mention oil. I am merely pointing out the many variables forgotten by the original poster.

Wrong!

No. 70% lost in transmission. The idea of small efficient power plants never caught on. Your “10-15% losses” is ridiculously inaccurate.

No. The electricity must travel a ridiculous amount of line miles to reach my garage. It is amazingly inefficient. SEVENTY PERCENT LOST IN TRANSMISSION!

But what if my electricity comes from an ancient dirty coal power plant and 70% of the electricity generated is lost in transmission to my garage? I have concerns about the lithium batteries as well. You think you have everything figured out but you missed plenty of variables.

Still waiting for people to READ SECTION C and discover that there never was a real release mandate.

Why did everyone run their mouths about a “release” but they NEVER READ THE RELEASE MANDATE? It says very clearly in Section C that any and all sensitive information can be withheld.

Mina is one of my favorites but she always puts way to much emphasis on quarterbacks. All quarterbacks suck and they all deserve the Turkey Jones treatment.

Neil Diamond wrote a song about this. “Got a dream to take them there They’re coming to America Got a dream they’ve come to share They’re coming to America Sold like slaves to for profit prisons They’re coming to America”

Those art kids have more fun than the law allows. Went to that wonderful university to spend a weekend with a new friend. It turned into a month of dancing and pretending I actually belonged in a bunch of art classes. I love that artsy little enclave.

The Second Amendment does not say that every crazy redneck wimp who was the last guy picked in Gym class gets to pay society back with a pick-up truck full of automatic weapons. The Second Amendment is about giving guns to bears.

Dr Pinder, Are you certain about this? There was a Phil 482 Ethics of Engineering or something like that but it skipped from the 400’s to the 600’s there were no 500 classes. I looked at the catalog with my daughter.

Katie, you are terrific and everything but…. Please read Section C. The “got cha” clause is readily apparent. The Epstein Files Transparency Act is exceedingly opaque.

Managers are the ones carrying towels and water bottles. Coaches are the ones getting fired. Although GENERAL Manager (completely different) Andrew Berry should have been fired instead of the coach.

Rump sucks at math. Impeachment does nothing. Rump was impeached TWICE during his first reign of terror. Removal is a mathematical impossibility.

Vaccination does not make any difference when the vaccine does not match the virus. Sometimes the CDC is unaware of an unexpected strain of flu. I get vaccinated every year but the CDC missed the year we had H1N1 come back. Lost two octaves permanently and spent a month sick.

That is funny. Perhaps I am out of touch by a few hundred years. I am a coward as well. I should be getting in line for our revolution but I am moving to Portugal instead.

8647 @warrenpeese.bsky.social · 06/01/2026
How did you come up with that? The French Revolution was inspired by income inequality that was no where near as bad as it is today. I have hated Rump for a very long time but impeachment is a waste of time. We are now in the situation where desperate times call for desperate measures.

The biggest regret comes the first time around people discussing your book. Even if they are saying good things and it is your nom de plume they are using. If that had happened after my first book I would have stopped right there. I am not brave enough to write a lot.
