Despite all my #tsitp criticisms, I can't deny that the finale episode nailed it by sticking to its strengths: the chemistry and talent of the recurring cast. The kitchen scene with Steven and Taylor arguing as Jeremiah tries to salvage the burning dinner is hilarious. I'm hopeful for the movie?!

As electric as the cast has been for all 3 seasons of The Summer I Turned Pretty, the incessant need to throw curveballs to keep the story spinning ultimately lead to this finale where none of the characters' decisions make any sense in the context of their individual arcs or the story... 1/2 #TV

The NBA has a lot of problems with its product, but 80% of the problems are on the coverage side, not the game itself. Scheduling, League Pass blackouts, and large market catering all play a part, but I think an underrated problem is the lack of tactical analysis by all the major NBA networks. 1/2
