Cleo visited City Hall for the first time today to celebrate "Bark Down Barriers," an ordinance change I am proudly co-authoring to remove fees for pet owners based on felony record. Thank you to my co-authors (Wonsley, Chavez, and Chowdhury) and advocates for their hard work!
