From a trip to Mill Rd Cemetery in May about a month before my hip operation. @emdashman.bsky.social and @olu-gh.bsky.social made it a lovely day and I’m just getting round to the half frame photos from the Pentax 17 - the HC negs are a little contrasty for my taste so may tweak the print a bit.

As well as using the Koroll 24 in its proper role as a half frame camera you can remove the mask and get weird results like these ….. On balance I prefer the half frame option

The Pentax 17 is possibly the only camera you’ll ever need - at our Son’s wedding last year I used it for some casual snaps as we waited around - flash for a bit of fill in on a dull morning - and in the evening for some slow shutter flash fun … #believeinfilm #filmphotography

We are booked onto a serviced pitch this weekend so I thought I’d make up a better waste water drain solution. I have a 3m flexible pipe that can fit on the end of these rigid sections so should be able to reach most drain locations.

Shared this before but as I haven’t made any prints recently here it is again. One of my favourite ways of using half frame is to construct not always perfect panorama images over three frames. The Pentax 17 is of course perfect for this. Catlabs 320 onto Ilford MG Pearl.

Been running film through my LCA recently and much enjoying the experience. Mine was purchased from a Russian seller years ago and is modified to take multiple exposures…. Recock the shutter with a paper clip in that slot on the base 😆
