Hey @montgomerycountymd.bsky.social I hear you guys are looking for people who aren’t shoveling walkways because of ADA compliance. You should check out the Shady Grove Kiss and Ride. @wmata.com (as of Friday) still have not shoveled the only walkway that people with disabilities can use.

Hey @wmata.com @marylanddot.bsky.social and @mcdotnow.bsky.social if someone could actually get a snow plow out to the Metro turn off from Shady Grove Road, that would be great. Also, the exit from Redlands back onto Shady Grove needs to be replowed. There’s a 3 car accident now because of it.

So, while the did shovel the sidewalk the still didn’t shovel the pedestrian pass through which forced people to either walk through the snow or walk all the way around in the traffic lane. Also, the on and off ramps to Redlands are still not plowed.

You know what’s fun? When you look at the official app and it says you have 4 minutes until the train leaves. You walk into the station and see the escalators are being serviced but the sign says you have 2 minutes. You get JUST once top of the stairs, the platform signs say 2 minutes

@wmata.com you guys need to get a crew out here to address the road here. This is the exit leading from the Metro kiss and ride lot to Shady Grove Road. Pot holes have become canyons and are breaking down into trenches. It’s unsafe especially for motorcycles.
