Agree. I don’t actually know what’s in Leveson 2 but something must be done. I would make the word “News” a protected term. To use it you must only publish stories verified by two independent reputable sources. Failure to do so gets big fine for company, editors and major shareholders. & I mean big.

It’s an environmental thing. When you move away to college/university, there’s 2 weeks where everyone looks to make friends and it’s a really nice atmosphere. After that cliques begin to form and making friends becomes much more difficult. No more than regular life, but for 2 weeks it’s super easy.

I think the other untested part is whether you can pardon yourself or need another POTUS to do it for you. Interestingly, if you accept a pre-emptive pardon, it is an admission of guilt. So I'm guessing that still makes you a felon, just forgets any sentencing.

I think he threatened to. Did he actually issue any? It would need to be tested in court for sure. Then it would depend on whether the lower courts could drag it out long enough to get rid of Trump and fix SCOTUS before they approved it.
