I like to think yes it is. This girl (Princess Annupis "Nupi" Pophis Hamunanptra) Manages to have both the dumbest name and dumbest outfit of any non jojo/yugioh anime character I've ever seen. She is also very padded coded.

Saw one of these and decided to make my own. I've very proud of myself for it not being totally dominated by short women with twintails. And only 6 Brittney Karbowski girls! Some of these girls are even pleasant to be around or have large cup sizes. Look at me broadening my horizons.

Giant Bingo Sheet of best girls. Despite bragging, an embarrassingly large number have twin tails. 17-21/48 depending on your definition.
