Chuffed to bits that the bugs got accepted into the #companionfallsforyou Steam event hosted by a MisterMorris (of Rusty's Retirement fame) Lovely to see so many cozy desktop friends to add! We just pushed a Mac build for bug game, so now nearly everyone can look for critters in their computer!

Random events can get pretty weird I figured I could overview how I'm tackling bug generation in my desktop pet game. I'm trying to avoid this feeling like a slots or gatcha game, so I'm opting to try test a deck-random event queue with adjustable parameters for overall population density

There are how many bugs in your computer? Mostly back-end work on the different proc gen methods, but finally the different bug variations are systemized! Gotta produce some more pieces and variables and then there will be some *real unique* lil bugs rolling around! #indiedev #gamedev #progress

What would you name a species if you were the first to discover it? After a small hiatus on #indiedev, we're back at work adding features to Intentional Bugs! UI and databases are set up for identifying new bug species! This desktop game will have procedurally generate critters for you to find!
