i’m soooo happy for him finally being able to be open after all these years

I’ve seen the kk explanation a million times but have we considered: I don't like slow motion double vision in rose blush / I don't like that falling feels like flying 'til the bone crush

the fact that almost every time she talks about smiling in her lyrics is about faking a smile to hide the feeling of dying inside is crazy

“Words from the mouths of babes, promises oceans deep, But never to keep”

My neighbors have a line tied between two trees in their yard and they clip a leash onto that for their cat so he can explore and climb a little ways up the trees without being able to run wild

yeah you can just miss me with that shit

020

Walske 🥨 @walske.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

yeah nothing about his attitude makes me think he’d be a fit either the team-first atmosphere here, especially if we have to give up one or more of our young guys to get him

is there a website that lets you filter by artist and search for keywords within lyrics? I keep finding sites that let you search one or the other, but not a double filter

ooh yes especially “watch me strike a match on all my wasted time” with tolerate it

lyrics to “tolerate it” by taylor swift

But what would you do if I, I
Break free and leave us in ruins
Took this dagger in me and removed it
Gain the weight of you then lose it
Believe me, I could do it

at the end of the day, closeting is deeply sad and often tragic

reminds me of coney island baby And the straightest dude I ever knew Was standing right for me, all the time So I had to play football for the coach And I wanted to play football for the coach When you're all alone & lonely in your midnight hour And you find that your soul, it has been up for sale

YES i was just thinking this week about how disco/dancing in general often shows up as a metaphor for queerness in music (thinking specifically of harry’s “kiss all the time, disco occasionally” & dagny’s “closet disco queen”)

Walske 🥨 @walske.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

like look I’m not saying Taylor is running it all or even that it’s all coordinated, but they’re speaking a shared language and I don’t think it’s an accident. at the end of the day, I think they’re all in the same boat

October 3- anti hero announcement, foreshadowing the start of the upside down world of karma. kicked off for real by the release of tloas Sept 22 - vigilante shit announcement. End of the upside down world? Patient 0- lot of people were saying end of showgirl even though that ended up being wrong

010

Walske 🥨 @walske.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

so the upside down phones on anti hero & vigilante shit are bc those events are while we’re in the karma underworld right?

140

Walske 🥨 @walske.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

oh yeah I remember that scream queens bit

020

Walske 🥨 @walske.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

is there typically a lot of swiftie references? I haven’t gotten around to ahs yet

110

Walske 🥨 @walske.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

They say that the attention aware feature will silence alarms once you’ve looked at your phone so I made sure that was off and they STILL are sitting there ringing silently! It’s so freaking frustrating

120

Walske 🥨 @walske.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

so sad *we* paint the town blue, voted mostly likely to run away…

Walske 🥨 @walske.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

man’s out here living the dream, getting hot people acting out whatever he wants and then he moves on to the next one

030

Walske 🥨 @walske.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

YES this exactly. His projects always sound SO COOL and then frequently turn out just okay. He gives me whiplash. Plus the hot guy thing is definitely a factor lol. He just can’t help himself

110

Walske 🥨 @walske.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

I can never form a solid opinion on his work, it’s just sooo inconsistent but you might be onto something here

120

Walske 🥨 @walske.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

oh agreed. I think it’s nostalgia for a lot of past eras in her life, not just one

010

Walske 🥨 @walske.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

did someone say “give the people what they want, then you keep it moving”

Walske 🥨 @walske.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

have we considered that babylon is about *right now* before she breaks down the fences and flees and gp swiftie opinion of her is forever changed? she hates this song, so she has to run, but she knows she’ll still miss it

Walske 🥨 @walske.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

120

Walske 🥨 @walske.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

it’s crazy the further we get into this, the more prescient that album sounds

160

Walske 🥨 @walske.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

Yeah I saw 11% last time I googled it which seemed crazy high, but I’m wondering if it’s disproportionately represented in the results bc of how active the community is online

120

Walske 🥨 @walske.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

You will KILL IT!! All the work you put in will pay off and people will be super impressed bc you are super impressive :)))))

000

Walske 🥨 @walske.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

100

Walske 🥨 @walske.bsky.social · 06/10/2026
