Ed Dolman is transitioning out of his role as CEO of Phillips. He will be the executive chairman through the May sales and an advisor thereafter. He’ll be replaced by Martin Wilson as CEO. Wilson’s is currently the company’s Chief legal officer. He has been on the board of Phillips since 2019.
