I'm starting to think about SC26. Any of you guys going and want to meet up for coffee/beer? Maybe do a thing together at a BoF? Joint Demo? Hang out?

Interesting article on AI Coding Assistants where the author suggests that they are getting worse and that maybe its partially the fault of all the newbies using them leading to bad training data. spectrum.ieee.org/ai-coding-de... What's your experience?

I originally paired my iPhone with an Apple Watch. It was seamless, beautiful, functional…in loved it! Battery sucked though. I wasn’t even sorry when this happened, it gave me an excuse to ditch it.

Last week I ditched my Apple Watch for a Garmin Fenix 8 after the Apple Watch face popped off following a very gentle swim. The Garmin Fenix 8 is fantastic. Worth the switch for battery life alone. Battery life measured in weeks vs hours for the apple watch. Any other Garmin fans here?

If I were a lego toy..... (Prompt in the alt text)

$Using this photo of me I have uploaded, create a realistic action figure designed as a lego figure of me in a blister pack. The figure should be posed standing upright. The blister pack should have a blue header with the text 'Croucher' in large white letters and 'The MATLAB Blog' in smaller white letters below it. Add an 'x=A\b' label in the top right corner of the header. Include accessories in compartments on the right side of the figure: a laptop, a pen, and a mug with a MATLAB logo on it. The background of the blister pack should have a mathematical theme. Ensure the action figure retains my facial features and general appearance from the uploaded photo, with a smiling expression, and render the image in high detail with photorealistic quality.$
