I asked my Bob Uecker 8-Ball: 'Will the Brewers win Game 3?' First response: "Outlook cloudy, close roof" Second response: "Gone fishing, ask later" Third response: Not my inning, ask Jeff" Fourth response: "Sure, why not?" So, there you have it Brewer fans! The Crew will definitely win Game 3!

The *OFFICIAL* Bob Uecker 8-Ball -- with Bob's signature and his nickname 'Mr. Baseball'. --- this is an actual magic 8-ball with Bob's signature catchphrases as many of the responses.

I checked this well-worn copy out from the library yesterday. I haven't read this in decades, time to re-visit it.

Paperback copy of 1984 by George Orwell. Simple cover with a red background and a camera lens resembling an eyeball in the center.

You've got the wrong picture. This is Hall & Oates. Daryl is on the left.

I had a similar idea today. I renewed my library card to check out this well-worn classic. Too much staring at screens lately. I will wake up to this tomorrow morning.

Back cover of a very used copy of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer by Mark Twain. The title is above an illustration of Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn and at the bottom it says this is a 'Messner Certified Edition'.

He is the only one that thought dumb didn't have 'b' at the end. The only time it is spelled "dum" is for the lollipops, even small children know that.

WOW - We are not in the same neighborhood to say the least. You're on the other side of the world. For whatever we lose in our modern day electronic lives, the ease of communication over this kind of distance sure is amazing. You can find me tonight at that blue dot in a place called West Allis.

Beautiful Girls (1996) I love this movie. The characters feel real to me. I could hang out with them. Perfectly flawed folks.

I have two arcade classics for you: Dig Dug and Mario Bros I had forgotten about these games for a long time. About five years ago I rediscovered them on the Switch. I have been playing them regularly ever since. These two games do not get old for me. I always like playing them.

Not sure if this is helpful, perhaps only a coincidence, but WWE wrestling star Bayley used to wrestle using the name Davina Rose when she was on the independent circuit. (I have heard rumors that she may leave WWE soon and resume using that name again.)

This guy is a role model to me, no joke. This photo is of Ernie at age 78. He is taking excellent care of himself and he inspires me to do the same. Mr. Hudson, you rock!
