Another year, another chapter in Europe’s history. Save the date for the State of the European Union on 16 September 2026. President Ursula von der Leyen will deliver her annual address to Europe, setting out priorities for the year ahead.
A dark blue graphic with dynamic diagonal light blue stripes announcing the State of the Union 2026. Top left displays the European Commission logo. Large white text prominently reads "State of the Union 2026" followed by "SAVE THE DATE" and "16 September". A partial cropped shoulder of a person in a white textured blazer appears on the bottom right. A close-up portrait of European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen facing right with a warm smile. She has short blonde hair and is wearing a light cream textured blazer over a dark teal collared shirt with a subtle pearl necklace. The background features dark blue diagonal stripes consistent with the State of the Union 2026 branding.
