I totally understand that that's what they WANT, and WHY they want it. I just don't see fundamentally how an algorithm designed to tabulate all existing knowledge and then spit out a statistical mean average is supposed to magically come up with solutions we're not capable of. 🤷‍♂️

Okay, I’ve been using Vistaprint for years with no problem, but my last batch of bizcards came back terrible, half of them printed and cut at a skewed angle, and now I see they’re running submissions thru AI. Who can suggest some good alternate bulk bizcard and sundry printers out there? ^.^

The humanities have been calling out genAI theft since the jump, while STEM has rallied around “discovery potential”. I am *ONCE AGAIN* reminding EVERYONE that science is not the sacred cow, STEM isn’t the exception. They are going to steal our IP, too. We aren’t special.
