Absolutely! AZ passed MMJ in 2010, then personal adult use in 2020, the dispensary system just absorbed the personal use (25% tax which needs to be adjusted) and it brings in more money then the MMJ program. My dispensary delivers for free and offers heavy discounts for my loyalty and senior age!
