As a frequent victim of wildland brush fires in Northern California (Lake County) I can tell that the usual cause is power line related or adjacent. Up here, PGE neglected maintenance for decades. Now we are being charged some of the highest rates in the country to "fix" the problem.

My clients are fire departments, water districts, wineries, accountants, medical offices, real estate offices and lots of individuals. Many are retired or on fixed income. I like to solve problems and serve people. I do just fine. You do you. But, clearly I have a different mindset.
