The first word is the same opener word that a certain friend of mine uses, the second one is another five letter word that I think matches the first one really well. If you know some things about what I like then you might be able to figure it out.

Wordle 1,935 4/6 ⬜🟨⬜⬜⬜ 🟩🟩⬜⬜⬜ 🟩🟩⬜⬜🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 My two-word opener combo was very strong this time, but for now I'll leave it to your imagination to think about which two words they might actually be.

Accidentally doing something like this is like the porridge version of that time Jerry ate an entire triangular block of cheese in one bite.

Albireo @waffleryebread.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

I ate a fairly substantial and somewhat late lunch, and since I still wasn't all that hungry I wanted to eat a smaller and simple dinner. But I didn't want to waste the way higher than expected volume of porridge that I'd made, and I didn't feel like saving it for later either, so I ate it all.

I decided to make a simple oatmeal porridge for dinner. After pouring 1 dL of water over 2.5 dL of oats I realized that I had accidentally switched the amounts around, and I had to add even more water to the oats to make a porridge. In the end I ate way more porridge than initially envisioned.

But the Kaguya-sama: Love Is War subplot where Shirogane's dad becomes a wildly successful YouTube streamer is one of the absolute funniest things that happens in that manga in my opinion, and the quality of any other manga the same author might've written won't change my mind about that.

Albireo @waffleryebread.bsky.social · 19/09/2026

I had such a fun time reading Kaguya-sama: Love Is War and really liked it, and I can hardly even believe that the same author is currently writing the worst manga I have ever had the displeasure of reading weekly: Märchen Crown. The fact that it's made it to over 50 chapters is baffling.

I'm a very big fan of Sylvain, so I could think of an embarrassingly high number of things I'd want to ask... Does he have any specific job or daily activities? Does he style his hair, or does it just end up that way naturally? Does he have an intended height range? (Short, average, tall, etc.)

Albireo @waffleryebread.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

I'm not really sure on if it's strictly my specialty?! I'm sure there's at least a handful more people out there with characters that can also pull off that kind of trick... But if it's a concept that you also like, then it certainly wouldn't hurt to have a character like that in your cast!

000

Albireo @waffleryebread.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

It's not too late to compress his height down again while keeping his muscle mass and let him be wider than he's tall.

It suddenly and unexpectedly started to rain while I was out on my daily bicycle ride, and I’m of course not wearing any sort of rain clothes today, so now I’m forced to either wait out the rain under the small roof of a picnic table or get absolutely soaked in the rain. Help.

A view of a body of water with a small beach surrounded by a forest. Despite the rain falling down from straight above, the sun is still subtly shining through some thin clouds off in the distance.

A different view of the same body of water with a small beach surrounded by a forest. Did you know that this kind of lake, formed from glacial erosion, is called a tarn?

August 27th is Albireo’s birthday, so I went on a candy date with him out in the forest earlier today.

I think that Albireo, from pop’n music, is very sexy. He’s one of the sexiest characters ever. The appeal from his combined cuteness and handsomeness is hard to beat. One of my absolute favourite characters ever. I absolutely love him. He’s the best.

I hardly even talk about a lot of things that I like and are interested in, at least not publicly, but not that often in private either. Maybe that's the most incomprehensible thing here.

Sometimes I kind of wonder if the mix of things that interest me and that I really like seems totally incomprehensible to my friends and acquaintances, or if it maybe doesn't really come off as anything all that unusual. It's not like I know what anyone else thinks about their own interests either.

Apparently the manga has entered its "final battle" now, so good riddance in the very near future it seems. I'm surprised that this is published in Weekly Young Jump, it could've been a one-shot story on Shonen Jump+ instead of dragging on like a rickety wreck for around 50 chapters.

Albireo @waffleryebread.bsky.social · 22/08/2026

I read the latest chapter of this manga earlier and it was as shit as always. It might have contradicted its own creation mythos from before? The character that stumbled into the main antagonist role learned the truth of the world offscreen, I guess? Who even cares anymore. bsky.app/profile/waff...

The latest chapter of Frieren is chapter 147, which was published about 10 months ago. The latest volume is volume 15 which was published in December last year, and it will be published in English in December this year, and it contains every remaining chapter up to and including chapter 147. Scary.

Our tastes in pop'n music characters are really similar! My #1 favourite character is Albireo, but I really love Kagetora and Raizou too, and a lot of other animal characters as well! I always look forward to seeing your new drawings of them, and naturally I want to buy your doujinshi too! 👍🐱👍✨

I have bought several of your doujinshi too, both physical and digital editions. I'm planning on buying the physical edition of your Kagetora anthology next month! (I decided to wait until the next Kemoket before ordering it, since I might want to buy some doujinshi from that event too.)
