I've never stayed home. I voted for Harris, but I am getting damn tired of Republican lite telling me I am the problem. The candidates that excite the left are people like AOC, Mamdani, El-Sayed, etc. Keep blaming the left for the failures of the Democratic party, just like Republicans do.

I've been a member of OUR team for 40+ years. I've MORE than earned the right to express my opinion regarding candidates that I believe are unsuitable. I won't apologize for having standards and expecting better than Newsom. If he's the nominee, I'll vote for him, but not in the primary.

Well, I disagree with you. There's nothing special about Fox News' treatment of Newsom. It's the same playbook they've been using against Dems since Bill Clinton. What Republicans are truly afraid of is rebuilding the social safety net and putting the working class ahead of the wealthy.

That wouldn't be me. I've voted in every election since I turned 18. And I always vote Dem because I know what the alternative is. I don't have to like my candidate though, and I can express my opposition to "more of the same". Maybe one day we will finally push the Dems back to the left.

I followed politics long before social media was invented. I watched Dems become complicit with billionaires and corporations. I expect that of Republicans because they *are* the billionaires and the owners of corporations. And today's "Dem moderates" are yesterday's Republicans. Overton Window.
