The manager of my local store is a super helpful, chill guy, but does give off the impression that he's a liiiittle over it. 😅He's been running that store solo for 16 years, so I can definitely see getting a tad Warhammered out after all that time.

Real bummer that the Warhammer store 3 mins away from my house seems to have given up on organized play. :( A very cool store 45 mins away is hosting a learners league, but on a motorbike, that's just a bit too far a drive, especially if I have to safely transport 2000 points of Drukhari.

Back from Pokemon Worlds, which was an incredible time, especially since I wasn't too terribly affected by the pin rally cancellation (that shit was a legit safety hazard). Already feeling that post-con gloom, but also real excited to have the time to return to painting war minis. >:)

New Limbus Company multilayer pins! I usually stick to printing on wood, but since I wanted a lil transparency, I tried acrylic. Came out well! ...except my menu filled in all the areas that were supposed to be clear with black, so I'll have to fix that on the next run when I add Seasons 5-8. 😓

It's impossible not to be furious at the circumstances because aside from that singular lump, the cancer hasn't affected her. I can't get over the absurdity that we have an otherwise healthy, energetic cat, but because the tumor grew too close to the hinge of her jaw, she can't be saved.

She developed an inoperable tumor on her skull that is now large enough that by the end of the month, chances are very high that she won't be able to open her mouth at all. Even now, it's clear how frustrating mealtime is for her. We don't want her to spend her final hours starving.
