Why do like 50% of youtube videos have sections of audio that just sound like fucking garbage. Like sound like the bitrate is cut 90%? I thought it was some weird music stuff but then it happens on videos where no music is playing

I can tell its gonna be a bad day already. I don't blame certain people in the past for my own actions; but some ive trusted have truly gone back hurt me again. I still wish the best but man it still hurts. Perhaps ill make my walk longer today to help cheer myself up.
