Been thinking about this. Normally, a pitch is supposed to be in third person present irrespective of the pov used in the story. So, your pitch pov doesn't have to reflect your story. If you're still unsure, you could always, in the main query letter, tell the agent what pov is used in the novel.

As for the disabilities, you're absolutely right that disabled people can be heroes and it’s great that you're writing about it. What I'm saying is that it could be made clear. Removing concealed might help because the pitch doesn’t reveal how her community views them.
