OP may be trolling, but I'm not. Interviews are a two way street - especially for high caliber talent. And boy does high caliber engineering talent have options these days.

The good news is that you can use this kind of thinking to your advantage - an inverse Brown M&M test if you will. Bringing a beverage to an interview is a great way to screen out employers who have serious control issues. My preference is Diet Coke.

It’s almost December, which I would nominate as “Schrödinger's month”. From the outside it looks like a normal month, but open it up and you might find that your roadmap is already dead. If your Q1 plan isn’t ready, today is a good day to fix that.
