Sad news. Though as an aging and malfunctioning human I can totally understand the rationale. They have some great ranges so I hope someone picks them up. The thought of Calpe Miniatures and Front Rank Figurines becoming unavailable is too catastrophic to contemplate. 😱 Salute

The good Frau Maria looks like she can bang out the high notes at great risk to any crystal in the vicinity. 🍸 ❌ Salute

Nice white table cloths as they should be. Not much good for me though as I'd be guaranteed to spll red wine on them. Best not invite me! 🍷 ❌ Salute

The audience may get a little restless as I'm not seeing a triangle player in the band ⁉️ Salute

I've got some long haul flights coming up in a month or 2. I'm hoping that I'll get a chance to watch it on a plane. Cons: not a big screen or outstanding audio Pros: it will help pass several hours whilst entombed high in the sky. Salute

Why would n't you like this watermill? 🤓 Salute

FWIW I very much enjoyed the podcast centred around Barry Hilton. Salute

I am fully aware that it is purely a result of seeing the female assassin revealed at the same time as some nuns ... but ... I keep on thinking that she is the leader of the nuns! 😲 🤭 Salute

That's terrible! A Pyrenean Mountain Dog leading you astray by taking you into the pub! 🐕 🚫 Salute

I shall spy on these figures progress as I usually do. I suspect that you surely must have more nuns, monks and assorted clerical types than some have in their Napoleonics collections! 🤣 Salute

Sadly the invitation appears to have arrived late! I trust you had a good one and are still rubbing your stomach in a most satisfied and well fed way. Congratulations on the milestone. Salute

Best not to rile the good Countess Bellisarius one strongly suspects! 🤫 Salute

Do you mean the woman in red?! 🤣 The Prussian (I'm assuming) gentleman using the display case as a table looks very stylish. The Saxon grenadier is another fine example. Salute

I believe that I have listened to all of your podcasts. From their very inception. Based on that experience ... there aint no way no one is going to notice you! 😆 BTW, is it really nearly 5 years of podcasting? I wasted my youth and now apparently I am wasting my senior years as well!! 🫣 Salute

It's been a while so may I present another remembrance. A French battalion - the 4/132nd Ligne circa 1813 - with some regimental command lurking safely to the rear. Calpe Miniatures. Salute

Outrageous. I was under the impression that the Swiss were more martial than that! A Swiss pitman would not go without his pike ... and the Swiss wouldn't make cheese with holes in it!! 🤭 Salute
