I take Elvanse/Vyvanse and sometimes I build up a liiiiiittle bit of tolerance, but I feel like it "resets" anytime I forget to take them for a (miserable, nap-filled) day or two. They are also VERY different in their effectiveness depending on when, what and how much I ate for breakfast.
