yeah thats what i go for most of the time, im not saying to use it over the prc combo all the time. but its nice to have this as an alternative to close off games, it's situational

massive artists making jokes about "regretting giving them art", old posts being dug up about them being crowned "furry of the year" or whatever. tens of thousands of followers but all they did was commission art! like, who are you?? how are you such a big deal?? lmao

i remember some time ago i ran into some posts discussing a prominent figure in the community that i'd never heard about, who turned out to be an abuser (i think). and obviously it's good that things like this are brought to light, but when i tried to look up what his schtick was... nothing

like. entire fanbases surrounding a character design. for characters that arent part of a story, or do something specific to draw attention. they're basically influencers in a costume. im pretty much completely out of the loop, but this seems to represent a large portion of furries

000

volto COMMISSIONS OPEN! @voltomatte.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

i feel like by mostly interacting with furry artists, or furries that share a hobby with me, im completely avoiding an entire... dimension of the furry community that revolves around extremely popular fursuiters that, as far as i know, dont do... much of anything, other than having a cool sona

finally finished my panther caroso/fox mccloud oneshot #starfox do mind the tags/rating (not explicit but nonetheless) archiveofourown.org/works/93525651

Screenshot of an AO3 fafiction summary and beginning notes.

big guy
spacenintendogs
Summary:
Fox McCloud is alone on the bridge of the Great Fox as it orbits the Orbital Gate, waiting for the signal to commence the assault on the Aparoid Homeworld. Panther Caroso waltzes onto the bridge, Star Wolf temporarily staying on the Great Fox as they have come under contract with Star Fox under the Cornerian Defense Force following the events of the Aparoid invasion of Corneria.

Panther is a known thief and murderer with a well known reputation that precedes him prior to his recent tenure with Star Wolf. Fox knows this.

And yet, despite that, Fox almost falls for Panther's charming wiles.

Almost.

Notes:
i'm not sure what this is, but consider this a plot bunny. idek if this gets the idea across, but i needed it out of my system. this is all because of panther says to fox "looking good, big guy." on the corneria level of star fox assault.

(See the end of the work for more notes.)

*Starter guide voice* Arle can increase the opponent's "garbage puyo" gauge by matching 4 or more "Puyos" of the same "color" on the screen. The "garbage puyo" gauge can be expended on a powerful "follow-up" "attack".

don't you think your body deserves a say too?

Depicted: Chase Hunter and Samuel Ayers from the furry visual novel "Echo."

Both are standing side by side with one hand covering their mouth, bug-eyed, and staring at each other in disbelief. They both yell "H-hey! We split!!" The art is a reference to DELTARUNE's Chapter 5 Shadow Crystal boss.

The artist acknowledges that writing this alt text may put the art at risk of AI training, but they simply like writing alt text for visually-impaired users that much.

i used to kind of obsess over little things in friends' behaviour that made me wonder if i did something to make them dislike me, so i adopted a coping mechanism where i imagine a stan twitter user ratioing me about it and calling it a nothingburger. it really helps putting things into perspective

i agree with certain criticisms too, such as a tendency in recent fan games to give sonic an extreme amount of air movement that breaks the level design... but when i read the word "movement slop" referred to a free game made with love i immediately hate you as a person

010

volto COMMISSIONS OPEN! @voltomatte.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

Sonic fans are so spoiled by high quality fan games that they criticize them more harshly than the official products some times
