Michigan State knocks off No. 14 Penn State 25-19, 25-21, 22-25, 25-19. Andrews and Ogden finish with 13 kills for the Spartans, which hit .211. Long tallied 40 assists, 3 aces, 3 kills and 11 digs. Martin had 19 kills, but the Nittany Lions hit .158. Jones left with an injury.

No. 3 Kentucky hands No. 7 Texas its third sweep of the season with a 23, 20, 21 win. Thigpen led the Wildcats with 15 kills at a .303 clip. DeLeye added 11 kills. Watson (9K) and Carr (8K) each hit .438. Stafford put up 12 kills and Spears had 11 as the Longhorns hit .188.

Decelise Champion has arrived. The Wisconsin freshman puts up 20 kills at a .441 hitting percentage with 11 digs and 3 blocks in her third UW match. The now 17-year-old led the Badgers to a 22-25, 25-17, 25-19, 25-15 win over Marquette. Flanagan added 14 kills as UW hit .369.
